Job description
The Epicor Eclipse ERP Administrator will play a crucial role in the development, implementation, and optimization of the Eclipse ERP system to support the strategic goals of the organization. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and strong business acumen to ensure effective utilization of the ERP system and its integration with other business applications., * Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for end-users, ensuring effective utilization of Eclipse and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, department leads, and IT teams to understand the organization’s strategic priorities and assist with the development and execution of Eclipse strategy.
- Evaluate Eclipse and identify areas for improvement, customization, and/or integration to meet the organization’s evolving needs.
- Lead and evaluate the full lifecycle of Eclipse projects, from requirements gathering and system design to implementation, testing, and ongoing support.
- Design and configure Eclipse modules, workflows, and interfaces based on business requirements.
- Create and update documentation related to the ERP, business processes, and companion products/3rd Party Integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and integrate Eclipse with other business applications (e.g. CRM, eCommerce, WMS, and Payables).
- Provide ongoing maintenance and analysis to assure optimal performance and sustainability of Eclipse.
- Provide general end-user IT support and training as needed.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with ERP administration.
- Understanding of Eclipse file structure and reporting (strongly preferred).
- Experience with supporting Epicore Eclipse companion products (preferred).
- Strong writing and communication skills.
