Senior Consultant - Oracle Fusion SCM (Manufacturing / WMS / Inventory)

We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant with deep expertise spanning Manufacturing, Warehouse Management (WMS), and Inventory Management. In this role, you will act as a strategic, trusted advisor to our clients, bridging the gap between complex business needs and scalable technology.

You will work closely with client leadership, business stakeholders, and cross-functional IT teams to design, configure, and deploy robust end-to-end supply chain solutions aligned with modern manufacturing operations., Client Engagement & Business Consulting

• Be a Trusted Advisor: Partner with client business users, SMEs, and executive leadership to uncover pain points, define transformation goals, and recommend industry best practices.
• Lead Collaborations: Own the preparation and delivery of business workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and future-state process discussions.
• Drive Value: Support proactive value creation and strategic innovation in alignment with a consulting-led delivery approach., * Configure & Implement: Deliver robust configurations across Oracle Fusion Manufacturing (Discrete/Process), Inventory Management, and WMS Cloud.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Provide hands-on leadership for key functional elements, including:
• Work Orders, Work Definitions, BOMs, and Routings.
• Inventory transactions (receiving, issuing, transfers, cycle counting).
• Warehouse execution (inbound handling, picking, packing, and shipping).
• Process Integration: Seamlessly integrate end-to-end supply chain execution processes across distinct enterprise modules.

Delivery & Implementation

• Lifecycle Ownership: Drive core delivery phases including solution design (FDDs, solution architecture, process flows), Conference Room Pilots (CRP), SIT, UAT, and final production deployment.
• Technical Collaboration: Partner with development teams to map and design integrations with 3PL systems, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), EDI platforms, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and REST APIs.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead root-cause analysis and resolve critical system issues relating to inventory discrepancies, manufacturing execution errors, and warehouse transaction failures.

Experience Level: 10-15 Years Total Experience (5+ Years relevant experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud), * Experience: 10-15 years of total IT experience, with 5+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience implementing and configuring Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules.

• Deep Modular Knowledge: Mastery of Oracle Fusion Manufacturing, Inventory, and WMS Cloud.
• SCM Lifecycle Mastery: Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end manufacturing lifecycle, warehouse floor operations, and inventory control strategy.

Domain & Industry Knowledge

• Industry Focus: Strong background working within the manufacturing sector (highly preferred: Food & Beverage, CPG, or Discrete Manufacturing).
• Operational Insight: Solid exposure to shop floor realities, physical warehouse logistics, and the practical challenges of inventory accuracy and reconciliation.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and client-facing consulting skill.
