Job description

Support the site digital roadmap initiatives by collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to optimize processes and drive efficiency. This role involves working with large datasets, build and maintain pipelines delivering business-ready Gold layer data assets, creating dashboards using PowerBI and/or QuickSight, and helping identify trends or issues in inventory, logistics, and procurement. This role will collaborate across departments to provide insights that support decision-making and continuous improvement. This position offers valuable experience with data analytics tools and real-world applications across multiple functions.

  • Develop pipelines that transform Silver layer data into curated Gold layer datasets
  • Create dashboards using PowerBI and/or QuickSight
  • Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain activities
  • Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to understand data needs
  • Ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies in reporting
  • Research and recommend new analytical tools or methods
  • Provide general support to data analytics team

This is a full-time, 9-12 month contract opportunity.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Business, Statistics, Physics or related field
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in data analysis or continuous improvement, preferably in manufacturing or operations

Strong proficiency in:

  • Excel (advanced)
  • Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Amazon QuickSight, etc.)
  • ETL tools (DataIku, etc)
  • Building data pipelines
  • Experience applying AI tools and techniques to solve complex problem

Computer Skills:

  • Intermediate to Advanced Knowledge in PowerBI and/or QuickSight
  • Intermediate to Advance Knowledge Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher preferred)
  • Experience with ERP/MES systems
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis tools (Python, R, Minitab)
  • Experience in Industry 4.0 or digital transformation initiatives
