SAP Functional Team Lead

Insight Global is looking for an SAP Functional Team Lead. This individual will design, develop, enhance, and support SAP Human Capital Management solutions supporting time tracking, payroll, HR processes, and Success Factors integrations. This role focuses on ABAP development, system integrations (including Kronos Workforce systems), SAP UI and portal technologies, testing, and production support. The position requires strong technical expertise in SAP HCM, Success Factors, and enterprise integrations, along with the ability to support mission critical payroll and HR systems in a production environment.

Bachelors degree or 5+ years equivalent experience

5+ years HCM ABAP experience using SAP in a professional environment

Knowledge of: Kronos Dimensions Suite, Kronos Workforce Ready Suite

Understanding of SAP Portal Technology

Functional knowledge on SAP HCM, Success Factors

Mail services in SAP through Standard API

General understanding of accounting process

Knowledge of enterprise-level applications including ERP

Knowledge of SAP Cloud Integration
