Test Infrastructure Manager

• Design, develop, and maintain test infrastructure and HIL/SIL bench environments for automotive testing platforms.
• Manage test environments, tools, infrastructure availability, capacity, and performance optimization.
• Set up and support platform testing, deployment verification, and infrastructure readiness activities.
• Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and security teams to ensure stable and secure test environments.
• Define and maintain standards for environment setup, access control, and data management.
• Monitor infrastructure risks, ensure business continuity, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform infrastructure performance testing and support API testing activities where required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multi-platform and distributed environments.

Do you have experience in OEM?, * 8+ years of experience in test infrastructure development and HIL bench design.

• Strong understanding of testing principles and HIL/SIL bench architectures.
• Hands-on experience managing and maintaining test environments, tools, and infrastructure.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Git, Putty, ECU tools, DLT Viewer, DSpace, and Android debugging tools.
• Experience planning infrastructure capacity, availability, performance, and test rack procurement.
• Ability to coordinate with IT, vendors, and security teams for environment readiness and support.
• Knowledge of API testing is considered an advantage.
• Automotive OTA release experience and OEM/program delivery experience are a plus.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• German business communication basics are mandatory; German C1-C2 proficiency is an advantage.
• Experience working with remote or distributed teams is a plus.
