The OpportunityThis is a hands-on development role where you’ll contribute to the evolution of a large-scale platform used by thousands of end users. You’ll be involved in building new customer-facing applications, enhancing existing systems, and helping drive best practices around code quality, performance, and maintainability.Working within a collaborative environment, you’ll partner with developers, QA engineers, designers, and project stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that support ongoing business growth. What You’ll Be DoingDeveloping and enhancing web-based applications and customer-facing platformsBuilding reusable, scalable software components that promote long-term maintainabilityDesigning and integrating APIs and backend servicesDelivering responsive and user-friendly interfaces from UI/UX designsContributing to architectural discussions and technical decision-makingOptimising application performance, security, and reliabilitySupporting continuous improvement across development processes and toolingCollaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software releases
