What you will do

As a Systems Engineer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of complex systems that support national security operations. You’ll have the chance to work closely with senior engineers, learn from industry experts, and develop your skills while contributing to meaningful projects. This isn’t just a job-it’s a chance to grow into a highly skilled Systems Engineer.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Learn & Grow: Work with senior Systems Engineers to assist in system engineering duties and hone your own skills in the process.

  • Discover & Analyze Requirements: Liaise with customers to uncover and analyze system requirements, ensuring solutions align with mission needs.

  • Collaborate with Development Teams: Work closely with development teams to implement requirements and deliver effective system solutions.

  • Support Lifecycle Management: Assist in the design, testing, deployment, and maintenance of systems throughout their lifecycle.

  • Troubleshoot & Improve: Help identify and resolve system issues, implement improvements, and maintain thorough technical documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (no experience required), or a Bachelor’s degree in a closely related technical field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, physics) plus 1 year of relevant experience.

  • Relevant Experience: Experience must include engineering systems over their lifecycle, such as:

  • Conception, design, and development.

  • Testing, production, and distribution/deployment.

  • Operation, maintenance, and support.
