Requirements

Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Appian Lead with a strong background in application development and production support of BPM-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Appian platforms, strong leadership capabilities, and proven experience in managing application support engagements. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and support of Appian-based BPM applications.Manage end-to-end application support activities, including monitoring, tracking progress, and reporting performance metrics.Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of applications in production environments.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.Drive system integrations, including mobile, portal, and external interface applications using the Appian platform.Handle incident and problem management processes, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis.Guide and mentor team members while ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Technical Skills & RequirementsMinimum 7+ years of experience in Appian development and application support.Strong expertise in Appian 24.x or above.Hands-on experience with:Appian Sites, Records, UX DesignSAML, OAuth frameworksAppian Plug-in developmentProficiency in:Web Services (SOAP/REST), HTML, XML, JSONRelational databases: PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQLStrong knowledge of:Data modeling, database design, and SQLAppian architecture, BPMN standards, and best practicesExperience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Rally. Additional RequirementsProven experience in production support and development in both on-premise and cloud environments.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Experience with Agile methodologies.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. CertificationsAppian L3 Certification (Mandatory)
