Job description
Support technical configuration, development, and maintenance of BY WMS modules. Troubleshoot application issues and coordinating fixes across IT and operations teams. Work with integration, interface failures, and data validation workflows. Participate in testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and help validate interface data flows. Develop and maintain technical documentation and configuration artifacts. Assist in deployment activities and ensure smooth migration across environments. Collaborate with functional and operational teams to ensure alignment between system behavior and business processes
Requirements
We are seeking a highly technical resource with strong experience in BY WMS application development, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration support. This role should demonstrate broad technical proficiency within BY WMS, 6-8+ years of hands-on experience with Blue Yonder WMS. Strong technical proficiency in BY WMS configuration and troubleshooting. Good understanding of APIs, interfaces, and WMS data models. Proficiency in SQL for queries, data validation, and issue analysis. Strong problem solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments. Good hands-on experience in Jasper Reports, Zebra Label Creation/Configuration Good hands-on experience in BY Integrator (inbound, outbound) Data migration Experience from legacy WMS to BY WMS
What are the Optional skills and skill proficiencies for this position? Experience in large warehouse or distribution center operations. Familiarity with performance monitoring tools. Prior involvement in implementation or upgrading projects
