Job description

We are building an internal IT function for the first time - and we’re looking for a recent Computer Science graduate to grow with us. This is a starter role where you’ll learn fast, work closely with experienced colleagues, and take on real responsibility from day one.

As IT Junior Technician, you’ll support our IT Operations Lead in keeping the IT environment running smoothly, while also taking on more technical beginner tasks. It’s a mix of hands-on support and technical learning - the perfect first step for a Computer Science graduate who wants to build practical experience across a broad IT landscape.

The duties to be performed are as follows:

Support onboarding and offboarding of staff - device setup, accounts, access.
Help maintain our asset register and IT documentation.
Be a first point of coordination for internal IT requests.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Shell Scripting?, * A completed Computer Science degree (or equivalent in a relevant IT field).

0-1 years of experience (recent graduates very welcome).
Technical aptitude and a willingness to script, automate, and learn systems.
Enthusiasm to learn from experienced colleagues.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Fluent Spanish and English (both essential).

Nice to have

Some scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 / Entra ID.
Internship or part-time IT experience.
Personal projects, labs, or a clear passion for technology.
