Remote Software Engineer - Full-Stack

• Modern stack: Microservices, Python, FastAPI, React, Azure, AI/ML - all in play.
• Ownership: Shape the architecture and engineering culture from day one.
• Hybrid freedom: Mostly remote, with occasional travel to meet the team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and ship new customer-facing features across both frontend and backend
• Design scalable systems and contribute to architectural decisions
• Collaborate with product and design to bring ideas to life
• Own your code end-to-end, from implementation to deployment
• Help shape engineering culture in a small, high-impact team

• Have 6+ years’ experience as a full-stack engineer
• Are confident building both frontend (React, Nuxt, JS frameworks) and backend (FastAPI, Node.js, GraphQL, etc.) systems
• Write clean, consistent code quickly and thoughtfully
• Are comfortable moving fast and wearing many hats in an early-stage startup
• Care about inclusion and accessibility - especially for overlooked communities
