Job description

Manager - Data & Analytics Engineering, PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, Florham Park,

NJ. Support the development and implementation of predictive models and advanced analytics initiatives

to support strategic business growth. Ensure the application of best practices across data engineering,

statistical analysis, and machine learning to maintain high standards of technical excellence. Oversaw the

automation and optimization of data pipelines and workflows to enhance operational efficiency and

scalability. Manage stakeholder relationships by translating complex business needs into actionable, data-

driven solutions, fostering alignment and driving successful project outcomes. Deliver impactful insights

and data visualizations to inform executive decision-making, while promoting robust standards in data

quality, governance, and overall project delivery. Supervise and coach teams.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Requirements

Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Business

Administration, Information Systems, Actuarial Science, or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor’s

progressive related work experience.

In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering,

Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, Actuarial Science, or a related field,

plus 3 year of related work experience.

Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:

Configuring user access for data across different user groups in multiple security levels;

Conducting multivariate regression modeling and causal inference analysis;

Using one or more of the following: SQL, Python, PySpark or machine learning frameworks; and,

Leveraging data and statistical methods to generate business insights.

50% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.

Domestic and/or international travel up to 80% required.

Benefits & conditions

The salary range is $180,000 - $213,000/year, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary
