| The Senior Principal Integration Architect will focus on Enterprise Integration, ETL & Event Streaming | B2B & B2C | SAP, webMethods and Kafka. |
The Senior Principal Integration Architect is a strategic technology leader responsible for defining, governing, and evolving the enterprise integration and data movement architecture across complex B2B and B2C ecosystems. This role provides architectural leadership across API-led integrations, event-driven platforms, and ETL/data pipelines, with deep expertise in webMethods, Kafka, SAP Integration Suite (BTP), and enterprise ETL patterns.
The role partners closely with Enterprise Architecture, Data & Analytics, Security, Product, and Business leadership to enable scalable, reliable, and governed data and integration solutions supporting digital transformation, ERP modernization, analytics, and customer-facing platforms.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Enterprise Integration & Data Architecture Strategy

Define and own the enterprise integration and data movement reference architecture, including API-led integration

Event-driven architecture (EDA)

ETL / ELT data pipelines

B2B/EDI integrations
-
Hybrid cloud and on-prem data flows

Drive the modernization of legacy ETL and point-to-point integrations into scalable, reusable, and event-enabled architectures

Establish standards, patterns, and governance for both real-time and batch data integrations
Platform Leadership
Serve as architectural authority for:

webMethods (Integration Server, Trading Networks, B2B/EDI, API Gateway)

Kafka (event streaming, real-time data ingestion, pub/sub)
-
SAP Integration Suite (BTP) (Cloud Integration, API Management, Event Mesh)
-
Enterprise ETL frameworks and tools (batch and near-real-time), + Partner with Data & Analytics teams to align integration architecture with data platform strategy
Requirements
Requires a Bachelors degree and minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$164,000.00 - $278,000.00
For roles located in California, Seattle WA, Washington DC, Boston MA, and New York City, the salary range is $164,000.00 - $278,000.00 USD.
Actual compensation may vary based on factors including experience, education, certifications, skills, market conditions, internal equity, and geographic location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Short Term Incentive (STI).
