Integration BA

• Serve as the liaison between business, technical, and integration teams for Facets OAS-based solutions
• Analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements for integrations involving Facets
• Lead requirements gathering sessions and stakeholder interviews.
• Develop and maintain detailed artifacts, including:
• Functional specifications
• Data mappings and process flows
• Support integration using APIs, web services, and real?time transactions within Facets OAS
• Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure requirements are translated into effective technical designs
• Assist with defect triage, root cause analysis, and post-implementation support
• Ensure integrations align with healthcare regulations, data standards, and security requirements (HIPAA, PHI)

We are seeking an experienced Integration Business Analyst with strong knowledge of Facets OAS (Open Access Solution) (Also known as ) to support healthcare system integrations and data exchanges. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and external vendors to analyze requirements, document integration flows, and ensure the delivery of accurate, scalable, and compliant solutions across enterprise platforms. This work is needed to complete the Engage BCI implementation., * 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on systems integration

• Hands-on experience with Facets OAS or Facets FXI in a healthcare payer environment
• Strong understanding of Facets modules, data structures, and transaction processing
• Experience with healthcare integrations involving eligibility, claims, enrollment, billing, or provider data
• Knowledge of integration patterns (APIs, SOAP/REST, EDI, batch processing)
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Experience working in Agile delivery models/ JIRA

The Facets Open Access Solution simplifies access to data and integrates with external systems, allowing healthcare organizations to share, manage, and process Facets data with third-party and custom-developed applications through web services and data publishing interfaces in near real-time. This capability helps increase administrative efficiency and productivity, improve data quality, and boost customer satisfaction. The base offering of the Facets Open Access Solution includes a library of more than 300 web services that expose data and functionality across the Facets solution.
