Job description

  • We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer with strong expertise in software test automation and Selenium to ensure the reliability, performance, and compliance of mission-critical applications in the Banking and Financial Services domain., * Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and automated scripts for banking/financial applications.
  • Validate payment processing workflows, merchandise transactions, and settlement systems for accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across web and mobile platforms.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure requirements are testable and delivered with quality.
  • Implement and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar tools.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.).
  • Document defects, track resolutions, and ensure timely closure.
  • Contribute to QA best practices, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Do you have experience in UNIX?, * The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in payment systems or merchandise/transaction platforms, combined with a solid background in QA methodologies and automation frameworks., * 7+ years of QA Automation experience in Banking/Financial Services applications.

  • Strong domain knowledge in Payments (Cards, ACH, SWIFT, UPI, Wallets) or Merchandise/Transaction systems.
  • Preferably banking domain with fraud experience, payments, and merchant
  • Expertise with Playwright, JavaScript, Cucumber Framework, Selenium, and Automation using Copilot
  • Hands-on expertise with Selenium WebDriver and test automation frameworks.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages: Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, SoapUI).
  • Familiarity with SQL for data validation and backend testing.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and defect tracking tools (JIRA, ALM, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills., * Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
  • Applied Knowledge of banking compliance standards (PCI DSS, ISO 8583, PSD2).
  • Exposure to cloud-based test environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.

Pay: $34.64 - $40.00 per hour
