Job description

We are seeking a Data Engineer with a strong product-oriented mindset and hands-on experience across the Azure data stack, including Microsoft Fabric. This role is ideal for an independent, self-driven engineer who takes ownership of end-to-end data solutions and partners closely with product and business stakeholders., * Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and platforms using Azure services and Microsoft Fabric

  • Own data products end-to-end, from requirements and design through deployment and optimization
  • Develop reliable, high-quality datasets to support analytics, reporting, and downstream applications
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, analysts, and engineers to translate business needs into data solutions
  • Ensure data reliability, performance, security, and governance across platforms
  • Identify opportunities to improve data architecture, tooling, and engineering best practices
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy, making technical decisions aligned with product goals

Requirements

Do you have experience in Data Architecture Design (Architecture design skills)?, * Experience as a Data Engineer working with the Azure data ecosystem

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (e.g., Lakehouse, Data Pipelines, Warehouses, or equivalent components)
  • Strong understanding of modern data architecture patterns (ELT/ETL, lakehouse, streaming, batch processing)
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver without heavy oversight
  • Proven experience supporting product-oriented or product-led teams, rather than pure platform or support roles
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mentality, * Experience working in agile or product-driven development environments
  • Familiarity with data modeling, performance tuning, and cost optimization in Azure
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally, * A self-directed engineer who thrives in ambiguous problem spaces
  • Someone who treats data solutions as products, not just pipelines
  • A builder who values impact, quality, and long-term maintainability
