Requirements

Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelors in Computer Science, IT or related field is preferred but will consider appropriate work experience and/or relevant certifications.

  • 3-5 years Software development experience
  • Ability to investigate and analyze technical information, and to draw and validate conclusions required
  • Experience with Client/Server, web applications, APIs and technology
  • Experienced in coding/designing graphical user interfaces
  • Familiarity with databases, networks and SQL query capabilities - Preferably Oracle, SQL Server
  • Experience with some of the following languages; C#.NET, Angular, Angular.js, SQL, PL/SQL, ASP, ASP.net, Java Script, HTML, jQuery, Angular JS, CoffeeScript, CSS, XAML, AJAX, JSON
  • Outstanding oral / written communication skills; ability to interact with various levels of staff and management
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule with 3 days of onsite work in Southington, CT

What you’ll do…

  • Create, maintain and document high value software solutions for our clients
  • Develop client-side, server-side and database code as part of solutions
  • Support our yearly releases by developing new enhancements, work through bug fixes and develop client deliverables
  • Work with our Product group, and potentially vendors, to design and develop product functionality
  • Coordinate with other departments, vendors and our technology teams to support deployment activities
  • Incorporate AI technology to create creative solutions and improve code quality
