• You’ll drive the digital transformation of global leaders in the consumer industries sector and bridge the gap between business requirements and digital solutions, all while keeping the big picture of the technical solution in mind
• You’ll develop future-proof IT strategies and design platforms, architectures, and AI solutions for core business processes across our clients’ value chains-from marketing and sales, through product and assortment planning, to supply chain and service processes
• You’ll execute groundbreaking projects by empowering our consumer clients to effectively leverage agile methods and modern approaches as part of strategic IT implementations
• You’ll pave the way for tailored and future-proof customer journeys based on a precise analysis of the initial situation, as well as current market and technology trends
• You design and optimize modern IT solutions, taking into account business-critical requirements, relevant AI potential, and the feasibility of implementation within the company
• You take responsibility for individual modules, workstreams, or project teams and work closely with clients and interdisciplinary teams

• You have successfully completed a degree in (Business) Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• You have at least 2-4 years of relevant experience in IT consulting, the industry, or technology-driven transformation projects in the consumer goods sector
• You have a solid understanding of the processes, business models, and IT systems of consumer goods companies, as well as-ideally-initial expertise in one or more domains such as e-commerce, logistics, product lifecycle management, or sales
• You understand the concepts behind topics such as agentic AI, omnichannel, cloud, DevOps, data platforms, agile methods, and ERP modernization
• You enjoy tackling complex digital challenges and are passionate about developing and communicating solutions at the intersection of business and technology
• You thrive in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts and are happy to be flexible and willing to travel
• You can confidently understand and communicate complex topics in both German and English

Our salary for this position, based on full-time employment, is at least €75,000 per year (all-in). Depending on your professional experience and qualifications, we are, of course, willing to pay significantly more than this amount and offer additional attractive benefits!
