Working Student - IT-Security (all genders)

• Respond to security-related alerts and messages from various monitoring tools.
• Investigate potentially malicious events within the company’s infrastructure.
• Improve incident detection and response processes in the company.
• Participate in various projects that the team is involved in.
• Support various business units with access management requests.
• Consult our colleagues regarding any security-related questions they might have.
• Keep an eye on current threats and zero-day vulnerabilities in the cybersecurity space and implement preventative measures within the organization, We take it as our responsibility to create an environment where everyone feels welcome, exactly as they are. Do you have experience in Python?, * You are currently studying, or have a background, in IT-Security, Computer Science, IT-Administration, or something similar

• You are fluent in written and spoken English
• You can clearly communicate using email and other digital tools (e.g., Google Chat)
• You are interested in incident response, blue teaming or digital forensics
• You understand the basics of different cyber attacks, computer networking
• You are able to write scripts and programs to automate tasks in Python or Bash
• You are familiar with Linux
