Job description

  • Build performant, robust, production-ready back-end systems and APIs in Golang that are straightforward to maintain, monitor, and reason about.
  • Develop complex interactions across multiple data sources, services, and blockchain protocols.
  • Model real financial structure in code: tranches, cash flows, waterfalls, and the logic that underpins a securitisation protocol.
  • Ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices for software development, testing, and technical documentation.
  • Embed security best practices at every layer of the stack.
  • Participate in end-to-end product architecture; the critical technical choices are made as a team.
  • Support your colleagues across the stack where it matters, including DevOps and infrastructure, smart contract development, data pipelines, and the AI tooling we are building into the platform.

Requirements

Do you have experience in REST?, Do you have a Master’s degree?, * We place less weight on titles and years than on capability and drive. Whether this is your first year shipping back-end systems seriously or your sixth, what matters is that you are an eager learner who wants to work at the forefront and contribute to building the real thing., * Demonstrated ability to ship robust back-end systems and APIs in Golang.

  • Sound knowledge of standard communication protocols (REST/HTTP, gRPC, GraphQL, message queues).
  • Experience working with databases (PostgreSQL) and managing their lifecycle: deployment, migrations, and backups.
  • A security-first mindset.
  • Proficiency with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, proactiveness, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Ideal Candidate Requirements

  • Experience deploying and monitoring containerised applications.
  • Knowledge of Web3 / blockchain integrations and the Ethereum stack (go-ethereum).
  • Exposure to AI / LLM tooling in production systems.
  • Background in fintech, banking, or structured finance., * Back-end Engineering: 2 years (Required)
