  • Resolución de incidencias siguiendo procedimientos establecidos
  • Escalado de incidencias cuando sea necesario
  • Seguimiento continuo de sistemas críticos

Requirements

Conocimientos de Windows, Linux y SQL Server

  • Experiencia con herramientas de monitorización *

  • Conocimientos de:

  • Certificaciones relacionadas con entornos mainframe u open
