  • design and implement AI-powered workflows, including prompt optimisation and output validation for reliable insights
  • build and enhance scalable data products (e.g. KPI dashboards, alerts, and models) to proactively identify risks and opportunities
  • collaborate with stakeholders to integrate data solutions into production systems, while maintaining clear documentation and continuous improvement

Requirements

Above all, you’re someone who identifies with our values of fun, integrity, responsiveness, success and teamwork.

You’ll also have:

  • a strong foundation in statistics, mathematics, or data science, with the ability to apply these concepts to real-world problems

  • the ability to use SQL and Python confidently to explore, manipulate, and analyse data from a variety of sources

  • understanding of core machine learning concepts and can apply common techniques

  • curiosity about AI technologies (e.g. large language models) and an interest in how they can be applied in practical settings

  • critical thinking about data quality, assumptions, and limitations when producing analysis or models

  • ability to learn quickly and proactively develop new technical skills, particularly in emerging data science and AI tools.

We’re looking for a candidate with a degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field such as data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related discipline. You’ll need experience of progressing models from exploration to implementation, with exposure to deployment or operational use.
