Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) Artificial Intelligence Software as a Service Software Quality Code Review Software Engineering TypeScript Web Applications ReactJS Enterprise Integration Front End Software Development Restful APIs

Job description

We’re building something practical and high-impact, and our team needs a Lead Full Stack Engineer who’s excited about this kind of work. You’re a frontend expert; React and TypeScript are your home base, but you range across the stack comfortably and think about systems holistically.

You’ve built and shipped SaaS products that real users depend on. You know what good looks like, you hold yourself and others to it, and you’re the kind of engineer who makes the people around you better. You don’t wait to be pointed at a problem. You find it, frame it, and drive it forward.

AI is a core part of how we work. We expect you to use it fluently, lead with it, and help us build a culture where it makes all of us sharper.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead frontend architecture for our React/TypeScript web applications.

  • Collaborate across the full stack to design and integrate APIs and backend services.

  • Set and uphold standards for code quality, testing, performance, and maintainability.

  • Partner with product and design to translate requirements into well-considered technical solutions.

  • Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.

  • Own projects end to end, from scoping through production.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Web applications?, * 8+ years of software engineering experience with React.js and TypeScript as your core stack.

  • Full-stack range: comfortable with RESTful APIs, and backend integration.

  • Systems thinker who reasons about tradeoffs and unintended consequences across the stack.

  • Experience shipping customer-facing SaaS products, not just internal tooling.

  • Ownership mindset: you identify problems, form a point of view, and move forward.

  • Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring other engineers.

  • Active AI tool usage in your development workflow.
