Lunova Group is partnering with a global manufacturing organization to identify an IT Manager for its growing U.S. operations in Huntingdon, TN. Backed by an established international presence, the company is making a significant investment in the United States through the construction and expansion of a manufacturing facility that will serve as a key hub for its North American operations.

As the organization continues to build out its U.S. presence, they are seeking an IT leader who wants to play an integral role in establishing the technology foundation that will support the business for years to come.

About the Role

The IT Manager will lead a small U.S.-based IT team and serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related matters across the company’s U.S. operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of the IT environment while supporting both local and remote employees. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with excellent communication skills, leadership ability, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.

IT Manager Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a growing U.S.-based IT team, including future hiring, coaching, performance management, and professional development.
  • Serve as the primary IT contact for the Huntingdon facility and additional U.S. locations.
  • Ensure reliable and secure operation of networking, compute, storage, cybersecurity, and end-user systems.
  • Oversee and support network infrastructure, systems administration, and IT support functions.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Partner with business leaders across Operations, Sales, Customer Service, and other departments to understand and support business needs.
  • Support remote employees and distributed teams as required.
  • Drive IT projects related to infrastructure implementation, system improvements, and technology modernization.
  • Collaborate with global IT teams while helping establish greater local ownership and autonomy within the U.S. organization.
  • Monitor system performance, security, and compliance while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Provide regular feedback, conduct performance reviews, and support employee growth and training initiatives.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows support?, * Completed training as an IT Specialist in System Integration, IT Systems Administrator, or a comparable degree in Information Technology or a related field.

  • 7+ years of progressive IT experience, ideally within infrastructure, systems administration, and enterprise IT environments.
  • Experience with Cisco Meraki, WatchGuard Firewalls, Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, or similar), and Microsoft administration platforms including Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft 365.
  • Previous leadership or team management experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and systems administration best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with both internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of an organization.
  • Structured, goal-oriented, and proactive approach to problem solving with demonstrated initiative, ownership, and accountability.
  • Ability to think creatively and challenge conventional approaches when appropriate., * IT: 7 years (Preferred)
