Software Tester

NeueHealth is seeking passionate and driven Software Engineers to join our team focused on the rapid development of our core healthcare products. In this role, you will be focused on software testing and helping to maintain high quality of a variety of software projects. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, playing a key role in integrating our products with business processes and backend infrastructure., As a Software Engineer 2 at NeueHealth, you can expect to work on a variety of products, including front-end interfaces, APIs, data workflows, and external integrations. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on innovative healthcare solutions., * Write and manage software integration and regression test cases.

• Develop and maintain the testing infrastructure for core healthcare products.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate and automate testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate products with business processes and backend infrastructure.
• Work on a variety of products, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of developed solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, contributing to and maintaining high code quality.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Do you have experience in Tooling?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related, or equivalent experience.

• Four (4) or more years of software development experience and/or a reviewable portfolio of work.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
• Experience with testing platforms such as Selenium and Playwright
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment., * Familiarity with Front End technology like REACT and NextJS.
• Familiarity with Back End development of APIs and data structures.
• Experience in the Healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or other healthcare data standards.
