Job description
We are seeking a talented and creative part-time (20 hours per two weeks) remote Web Designer to join our team and help design engaging, user-friendly websites that align with our brand and business objectives., The Web Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing, responsive, and user-centered website designs. The ideal candidate combines creativity with technical knowledge and understands modern web design principles, user experience (UX), and user interface (UI) best practices., Design and develop visually appealing website layouts, landing pages, and digital assets.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web projects.
Ensure websites are responsive and optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Collaborate with developers, marketers, and stakeholders to implement design solutions.
Maintain consistency in branding, style guides, and visual identity across all digital platforms.
Optimize website designs for usability, accessibility, and performance.
Conduct design reviews and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
Stay current with web design trends, technologies, and best practices.
Create graphics, icons, banners, and other digital marketing materials as needed.
Assist with website updates, content layouts, and ongoing maintenance.
Requirements
Do you have experience in UX implementation?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of professional web design experience.
Proficiency with design tools such as:
Figma
Adobe XD
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles.
Experience designing responsive websites.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development concepts.
Strong portfolio demonstrating web design projects.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks and modern web technologies.
Knowledge of SEO best practices.
Experience with healthcare, e-commerce, SaaS, or B2B websites.
Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
