Field Maintenance Technician

Duties include:

• Perform handyman, construction, plumbing, and minor electrical work in commercial settings.
• Provide seasonal snow removal services, including shoveling and de-icing as required.
• Assess job sites, define scope of work, and prepare detailed material lists.
• Document work performed and communicate updates clearly through CMMS systems for work order management and job tracking.
• Maintain professionalism while working in active retail and restaurant environments.
• Availability for scheduled rotating weekend on-call coverage.

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Spreadsheets?, NERRM is seeking an experienced professional with strong problem-solving skills who can work independently and as part of a team when required., * A valid Driver’s License.

• A minimum of 4 years working experience in a similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and OneDrive).
• Familiar with work order management systems.
