Data Analyst

• Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and other relational databases.
• Develop interactive dashboards and visualisations using Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
• Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimisation.
• Design and implement database structures ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval aligned with best practices in database design.
• Utilise programming languages such as R, Python, VBA, Bash (Unix shell) for data manipulation, automation, and advanced analysis tasks.
• Support project management activities by coordinating tasks within the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) framework.
• Create detailed documentation using Visio and other tools to illustrate data flows, system architecture, and process workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver actionable insights that support organisational objectives.
