Job description

Develop and deploy AI agent prototypes using Databricks Agent Bricks and Python to address FEMA business and operational workflows.
Build proof-of-concept and prototype solutions that can be quickly demonstrated to stakeholders.
Collaborate with FEMA program teams to identify and scope high-value AI use cases with an emphasis on rapid delivery and measurable outcomes.
Integrate AI agents with governed data products managed through Unity Catalog.
Partner closely with data engineering teams to ensure data accessibility, quality, and governance compliance.
Leverage Databricks Agentic Framework, MCPs, and other GenAI capabilities to enhance agent functionality.
Expose agent services and Databricks APIs for integration with Databricks Apps and other front-end applications.
Support demonstrations, testing, and iterative improvements based on stakeholder feedback.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Rapid prototyping?, * Experience developing applications in Python.

Hands-on experience with Databricks, including notebooks, workflows, and data integration.
Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and agentic frameworks.
Experience building APIs and integrating backend services with front-end applications.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to rapidly prototype technical solutions.
Ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders, data engineers, and application developers., * Experience with Databricks Agent Bricks, Databricks Agentic Framework, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Familiarity with Unity Catalog and data governance best practices.
Experience building AI-powered applications in cloud environments.
Knowledge of FEMA or federal government data environments.
