IT Manager - Enterprise Application

This role partners closely with cross-functional teams-including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and IT-to design, enhance, and deliver scalable application solutions in a complex, global environment., + Lead business requirements gathering through workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions

• Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
• Design and optimize end-to-end business processes across enterprise systems
• Serve as a functional subject matter expert across ERP, MES, and related applications
• Manage product backlogs, prioritize enhancements, and support release planning
• Coordinate and execute testing (including UAT) and ensure successful system adoption
• Partner with data teams to define KPIs, reporting, and analytics solutions
• Ensure compliance with ITIL/SDLC practices, cybersecurity, and data governance standards
• Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions

Do you have experience in User acceptance testing?, Do you have a Master’s degree?, + 3-5+ years of business analysis experience supporting enterprise applications in global or multi-site environments

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Microsoft AX/Dynamics or similar) and at least one related domain (MES, Quality, Planning, Finance, or CRM)
• Proven success leading requirements gathering, process redesign, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for medium to large-scale initiatives
• Experience supporting manufacturing and/or supply chain operations, including environments with 24/7 uptime expectations
• Strong understanding of integration concepts, APIs, and data models with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, + Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, ITIL Foundation, or relevant ERP/MES credentials
• Experience working in global, matrixed organizations
