Job description

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to join a data and analytics team supporting enterprise reporting and business intelligence initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI development, data modeling, dashboard creation, and report publishing. This role requires the ability to transform complex business requirements into impactful reporting and analytics solutions., * Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations.

  • Create and optimize data models, datasets, and reporting solutions.
  • Develop advanced DAX calculations, measures, and KPIs.
  • Build and manage Power BI Publisher and report distribution processes.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources, including SQL databases and enterprise applications.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and analyze reporting requirements.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across reporting solutions.
  • Monitor and improve report performance and user experience.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and development standards.
  • Troubleshoot reporting issues and provide ongoing support for BI solutions.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Schema design?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Power BI development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI.
  • Expertise in DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
  • Experience with data integration and ETL processes.
  • Knowledge of Power BI Service, report deployment, and security management.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment., * Experience with Azure data and analytics services.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing and dimensional modeling concepts.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and source control tools.
  • Microsoft Power BI certifications are a plus.
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise reporting environments.
