Job description

  • Using Spreadsheets, PowerBI and creating new dashboards using pareto analysis of quality issues and providing more real-time data.
  • Improve and develop visuals in PowerBI.
  • Create/Maintain quality coverage report for both internal and external focal.
  • Additionally, duties include data cleanup for error free data sources. Constant monitoring of reporting tools is required to ensure data is accurate. All sourced data must be reviewed prior to determined refresh cycle in PowerBI.
  • Job function includes continuous improvement tools, developing work instructions / standard work, and following all regulatory company procedures.
  • Attend daily / weekly schedule / status meetings, or more frequently as deemed appropriate.
  • Treat all documentation as customer proprietary & comply with applicable customer procedures.
  • Ability to work with others, train up-and-coming engineers, and review their work.
  • Realize opportunities for continuous improvement and find ways to implement solutions.
  • Other administrative and supportive duties as needed.

Requirements

Do you have experience in SQL?, * B.S. degree or higher in Mechanical, Structural or Aerospace Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent field preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics.
  • Hands-on experience building and publishing customized and interactive dashboards within PowerBI.
  • Microsoft Office 365 is a required skill. Majority of programs utilized include, Excel, Microsoft Teams, and PowerBI.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, including advanced formulas and data tables.
  • Power Query and SQL logic are required for PowerBI reports.
