Desktop Deployment Technician (PC Refresh / IT Support) / Desktop Support Technician - DST 0512 KP#01

We are seeking a Desktop Deployment Technician to support a large-scale PC refresh and IT support initiative. This role involves hands-on deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops and laptops in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to end users., * Perform desktop/laptop imaging and deployment

• Set up and configure workstations and peripherals
• Handle hardware installations, upgrades, and replacements
• Provide onsite technical support to end users
• Troubleshoot hardware and basic software issues
• Track and manage IT asset inventory
• Support PC refresh activities and rollout schedules
• Ensure proper documentation of deployment activities

Do you have experience in Windows?, * 3+ years of desktop support or deployment experience

• Strong experience with Windows OS deployment and hardware setup
• Hands-on experience with tools such as:
• SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)
• Microsoft Intune
• MDT (Microsoft Deployment Toolkit) (at least one required)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume deployment environment
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Maricopa County, * Experience supporting enterprise or government IT environments
• Prior involvement in large-scale deployment or PC refresh projects
