Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Power Platform Developer with 12+ years of IT experience and deep expertise in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-grade solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Azure integrations, along with a strong understanding of governance, security, and application lifecycle management (ALM). The candidate should be capable of leading technical initiatives, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver scalable low-code solutions., * Design, develop, and deploy enterprise applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven).

  • Develop complex business workflows using Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows).
  • Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI with advanced DAX and Power Query.
  • Design and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, security roles, and business rules.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Dynamics 365, Azure services, SQL Server, REST APIs, and third-party applications.
  • Develop custom connectors, plugins, PCF controls, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps where required.
  • Implement governance, security, licensing, and compliance best practices across the Power Platform environment.
  • Lead architecture discussions, code reviews, solution design, and technical documentation.
  • Implement Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) using Azure DevOps, Git, and Power Platform Pipelines.
  • Optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and provide ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Mentor junior developers and establish Power Platform development standards and best practices.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of overall IT experience.
  • 7+ years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development experience.
  • Strong expertise in:

  • Microsoft Dataverse

  • Strong experience with:

  • Experience developing custom connectors using REST APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, .NET, and JSON.
  • Experience implementing security models, governance, and environment strategies.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills., + PL-400 - Microsoft Power Platform Developer
  • PL-600 - Power Platform Solution Architect
  • AZ-204 or AZ-305 (Preferred)
  • Experience with Copilot Studio and AI Builder.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and enterprise deployment strategies., * Dynamics 365 CE/CRM experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric.
  • Knowledge of AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and Generative AI integrations.
  • Experience with Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Toolkit., * Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and requirement-gathering skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
