• Collaborate with the engineering team to design and implement new features that meet business needs and enhance user experience.
• Ensure quality and responsiveness of applications by adhering to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Share knowledge with team members through paired programming, demos, and whiteboarding sessions to promote team growth and improve software solutions.
• Implement security and data protection measures in all aspects of software development.
• Maintain code integrity and organization to ensure long-term stability and scalability.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to evolve software solutions over time.
• Contribute to troubleshooting and resolving software issues in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties as required to support software development efforts.

Do you have experience in Software engineering?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Must be able to work on-site in Searcy, Arkansas

• Must currently live within reasonable commuting distance of Searcy, Arkansas, or be willing to relocate before starting employment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an IT environment, with progressive experience in software development
• Strong knowledge of various stages of software development, including design, coding, testing, and deployment
• Experience with agile development practices and DevOps principles
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and technologies
• Familiarity with security and data protection best practices, * Strong problem-solving abilities with an emphasis on developing efficient, scalable solutions
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and stay current with industry trends
• Detail-oriented with a focus on code quality and application performance
• Ability to work effectively in an agile environment with minimal supervision
