IT Support Representative

• Provide technical assistance to customers via phone
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve IT-related issues
• Document support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system
• Apply logical troubleshooting methods and work independently
• Support and maintain systems including DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and Windows operating systems
• Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, and/or walk-ups
• Support and maintain systems including DNS, DHCP, Hybrid Active Directory environment, enrollment of computers and mobile devices to Intune, and Windows operating systems

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Valid driver’s license required

• Experience resolving end-user technical issues
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Office 365 administration
• CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification, or a minimum of two years of relevant experience
• Experience with Hybrid AD environments, Microsoft SharePoint, Intune device enrollment, and Office 365 administration
• CCNA certification is a strong plus, but not required
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
• Excellent customer service skills and a self-motivated, eager-to-learn attitude, * High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• IT Related: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver’s License (Required)
