Job description

  • Update documentation
  • Audit logs and systems for NIST compliance
  • Perform NIST required audits
  • Update records and links as necessary
  • Troubleshoot problems with computer systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software, email, network, and peripheral equipment problems; make repairs and corrections where required.
  • Able to prioritize work, manage time effectively and work successfully in a fast paced, multi-faceted structured environment.
  • Analyze computers for malware
  • Build new and fix old computer hardware
  • Ensure all software is up to date
  • Install new software or updates
