Job description
Quevera is seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer II with an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph to support mission-critical programs in Annapolis Junction, Maryland. In this role, you will develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems that support enterprise analytics and critical mission operations.
Working alongside a collaborative engineering team, you will analyze user requirements, develop software solutions, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and improve software performance and maintainability. You’ll leverage modern data processing and orchestration technologies to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions supporting national security missions.
As a Software Engineer II, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with experienced engineers, solve complex technical challenges, and contribute to innovative software solutions that support mission success., * Develop, maintain, and enhance complex and diverse software systems.
- Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements.
- Debug existing software and implement corrective actions to resolve defects.
- Recommend improvements to software documentation and software development process standards.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design, develop, and maintain reliable software solutions.
- Support software performance optimization and ongoing system enhancements.
- Contribute to the development of secure, scalable, and maintainable enterprise applications.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.
- Experience with Apache Airflow.
- Experience with Python.
- Experience with Apache Spark.
- Experience with Trino.
- Experience with Kubernetes.
