Senior UI/UX Designer

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will lead the design process from concept to implementation, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and user-centered solutions. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and accessible designs that align with our brand identity and business goals., * Lead the end-to-end design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and design solutions
• Create and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products and platforms
• Conduct user testing and incorporate feedback to iterate and improve designs
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the design team
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design

Do you have experience in User research for product design?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, We are seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer with at least 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating exceptional user experiences and visually stunning interfaces across various digital platforms., * Minimum of 10 years of experience in UI/UX design

• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of successful projects
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, including:
• Figma
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Sketch
• InVision
• Experience with prototyping tools such as Axure or Adobe XD
• Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field

• This is an ONSITE position at our headquarters
• Candidates must be eligible to work in the USA
