Financial Analyst (CBS Program Support)

3 Reasons Consulting is seeking a Financial Analyst to serve as the dedicated financial support resource for CBS Program Management (PgM). This role is responsible for providing financial planning, analysis, and reporting support to ensure accurate tracking of program budgets, expenditures, and forecasts. The Financial Analyst will work closely with program leadership to support data-driven decision-making and ensure fiscal accountability across CBS initiatives., * Serve as financial analyst supporting CBS Program Management (PgM)

• Develop and maintain program budgets, forecasts, and financial models
• Track and analyze program expenditures, commitments, and obligations
• Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations of financial trends
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports for program leadership
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting cycles
• Assist with program funding allocations and financial planning activities
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across systems
• Collaborate with program and project teams on budget execution tracking
• Support audit readiness and financial compliance requirements
• Provide financial insights to support program decision-making
• Maintain financial documentation and reporting artifacts

Do you have experience in Financial projection model development?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field

• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
• 3-5 years of financial analysis experience
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
• Strong analytical and communication skills, * Experience supporting federal programs or government contracting environments
• Familiarity with ERP or financial management systems
• Advanced Excel or Power BI skills
• Experience supporting program-level financial reporting
