Senior PeopleSoft HCM Developer

Do you have experience in Test Planning (Quality assurance practices)?, Required Qualifications 7+ years of PeopleSoft HCM development experience.; Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.x.; Experience supporting at least two large-scale PeopleSoft HCM implementations involving multiple locations and large user populations; Strong experience with: PeopleTools, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, SQL and PL/SQL, Oracle Databases, BI Publisher, Deep understanding of PeopleSoft HCM data structures and architecture; Proven ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions; Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; Experience creating technical specifications, design documents, and test plans. Preferred Qualifications Experience with modern PeopleSoft technologies, including: Fluid User Interface Tiles; Related Content; Event Mapping; Page and Field Configurator; Experience with integration technologies and enterprise data services; Experience with object migration and release management tools such as: STAT; PHIRE; Knowledge of automated and manual deployment methodologies; Experience developing data conversion and implementation plans; Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices.
