Requirements
Do you have experience in Software support?, Great experience working in a custom Salesforce environment with lots of installed packages and features separate from a standard Salesforce environment.
-Great experience maintaining, adjusting, and assigning permissions in Salesforce.
-Great experience developing, maintaining, and documentation of flows/processes in Salesforce.
-Great experience of navigating Salesforce setup menus and debugging/resolving errors users run into.
-Great experience in software development of any kind, but preferably Java/JavaScript/Apex.
-Experience developing and maintaining a Salesforce community/experience site.
-Experience developing and maintaining Salesforce Apex and custom APIs.
-Experience working in a smaller development team with more freedom to find solutions to tasks/come up with ideas on how to handle them.
-Experience doing QA for code/processes/systems
-Desire to work as part of a development team
-Ability to interface effectively with users to scope projects and interface with vendors to implement user goals.
-Ability to manage and organize personal workload and tasks without a formal ticketing process
-Familiarity with QuickBooks Online Integrations is a bonus
-Familiarity with Litify (legal software built on top of Salesforce) is a bonus.
-Minimal reliance on AI for work product is strongly preferred. The technology team supports the use of specialized AI tools, but does not directly employ any agentic products at this time. Only firm approved AI usage is permitted.
Requirements
-Must be available during MST to support users, who are primarily located in our Phoenix, Arizona headquarters
-Must be willing to support sensitive deployments outside of regular business hours to minimize user disruption
-Must be available to support users during emergent situations that occur outside of regular work hours, including weekends and holidays
