IT Technician (VoIP Phone System & IT Infrastructure)

We are seeking a skilled IT Technician specializing in VoIP Phone Systems and IT Infrastructure to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer networking, telecommunication systems, and low voltage electrical work. This role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting VoIP systems, network hardware, and related infrastructure to ensure seamless communication and data flow across our organization. This role is ideal for a hands-on problem solver who can provide both proactive and reactive IT support while ensuring that clients’ systems run smoothly., * Must have experience installing, configuring, and maintaining VoIP phone systems.

• Experience with IT infrastructure (servers, networks, workstations, and software).
• Handle day-to-day help desk issues, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
• Monitor system performance and implement solutions for efficiency and security.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of technology solutions.
• Document IT procedures and provide training or guidance to end-users as needed.

• Proven experience as an IT Technician or in a related IT support role.
• Knowledge of VoIP systems (installation, configuration, troubleshooting).
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, hardware, software).
• Experience with help desk ticketing systems and customer support best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users.
• Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, or VoIP-specific) are a plus., * IT networking: 1 year (Required)
