This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of data visualization and automation, leveraging your skills in system administration, solution architecture, and cloud technologies to make a real impact., * Administer and support Tableau and Alteryx environments, ensuring high availability and optimal performance across all platforms.
- Develop, implement, and maintain dashboards, reports, workflows, and data pipelines that meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable solution architectures using service-oriented architecture principles.
- Manage integrations with various data sources including SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle), NoSQL systems, and RESTful APIs.
- Monitor system health, perform troubleshooting, and execute upgrades or patches to keep platforms secure and up-to-date.
- Implement security best practices by configuring firewalls, VPNs, load balancing, and information security measures to protect sensitive data.
- Automate deployment processes using DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, CI/CD pipelines, scripting languages (Python, Bash), and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Tableau?, * Proven experience managing Tableau and Alteryx environments in enterprise settings with a strong understanding of system administration.
- Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure components including RAID controllers, VMware ESXi/ESXi virtualization technology, AWS cloud services (such as Azure), and system design principles.
- Hands-on experience with operating systems (Windows, Linux/Unix), virtualization (VMware, ESXi), and containerization (Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Shell Scripting, Bash (Unix shell), T-SQL for database management and automation tasks.
- Familiarity with network concepts including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, load balancing techniques, computer networking protocols and security practices.
- Strong understanding of solution architecture frameworks like microservices architecture and service-oriented architecture (SOA).
- Knowledge of database management systems including MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle Database; experience with SQL tuning and PL/SQL is highly desirable.
- Experience working within Agile methodologies following SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes for efficient project delivery.
