Your contributions will empower our organization to deliver seamless web services, SaaS (Software as a Service), PaaS (Platform as a Service), and IoT (Internet of Things) solutions that meet the highest standards of performance and reliability. This is an exciting opportunity for passionate professionals eager to shape the future of cloud architecture and infrastructure., Designs, develops, engineers, and maintains advanced multi-cloud solutions for mission-critical workloads. Automates deployment, ensures scalability and resilience, and maintains strict security controls across Azure and AWS environments in the hybrid infrastructure., * Architect and implement cloud solutions across Azure and AWS for up to 45 applications

  • Automate deployment pipelines via DevSecOps; implement CI/CD with security gates
  • Develop Minimal Viable Architectures (MVAs) deployed via approved DevSecOps pipelines
  • Implement hardening scripts aligned to USGCB, DISA STIGs, and CIS Benchmarks
  • Build automated security controls and evidence-based verification for continuous ATO
  • Support FedRAMP continuous monitoring, vulnerability remediation, and POA&M closure
  • Mentor Mid and Junior Cloud Engineers; lead code reviews for infrastructure-as-code
  • Collaborate with Security Analysts on SA&A packages per NIST RMF

Requirements

BS degree and 8-12 years of cloud engineering experience (10+ years strongly preferred), or Master’s with 6-10 years. May possess a Doctorate in a technical domain., * At minimum ONE of: AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Ability to obtain Public Trust / Moderate Risk

Preferred Certifications

  • BOTH AWS SA-Pro AND Azure Solutions Architect Expert (highly preferred)
  • AWS DevOps Engineer Professional or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
  • HashiCorp Certified Terraform Associate
  • Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
  • CISSP or Security+ (bonus for security-adjacent work)

Preferred Experience

  • Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep, ARM)
  • Containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, AKS)
  • CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
  • FedRAMP Moderate environments; HHS or civilian federal cloud experience
  • Continuous ATO, OSCAL, and automated compliance scanning
