Job description

The IT Systems Administrator position is to help support the staff of the HHMH. Duties include supporting end users with software and hardware issues, helping to maintain a secure environment through patch management and helping with projects.

Essential Function List the primary job duties and responsibilities using headings and then give examples of the types of activities under each heading.

· Respond to and triages appropriately all requests for support by client end-users, other support staff, and vendors using strong customer service and communication skills.

· Troubleshooting of end user hardware (Windows 10, IOS)

· Patch Management of Systems

Requirements

Do you have experience in iOS?, · Good customer service skills

· Minimum of 2 years of experience troubleshooting issues with devices, including but not limited to laptops, phones, and servers preferred.

· Good verbal and written skills

· Experience managing tickets through a ticket management system

· Ability to think critically about a problem

Software Knowledge:

  • Windows Server 2012R2 through current

  • Virtualization concepts in VMware ESXI

  • PowerShell, Python, Perl, and Batch Scripting experience a plus

  • Microsoft Exchange Online, Office 365 troubleshooting experience a plus

  • Linux (Ubuntu) experience a plus

  • MS SharePoint experience a plus

Network Knowledge:

  • Basic Network troubleshooting skills

Hardware Knowledge:

  • Windows work stations

  • IOS platforms

Work Requirements
