Critical Environment Technician - Data Center Operations & Maintenance

We’re looking for a hands-on technician to join our Data Center Operations & Maintenance team. In this role, you’ll be the frontline guardian of mission-critical systems, ensuring uptime, safety, and reliability for our clients. Every shift brings new challenges, and your expertise will keep the data center running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle daily operations and maintenance inside the data center and connected facilities.
• Monitor alarms, troubleshoot equipment, and act fast to protect critical systems.
• Follow strict safety protocols (lockout/tagout, critical switching).
• Jump in for emergency maintenance and corrective actions whenever needed.

• Problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Independent worker who adapts quickly to changing priorities.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including emergencies., * Journeyman-level skills in electrical, mechanical, or HVAC/R (degree, training, or hands-on experience).
• Proven experience in Tier 2-4 Data Centers or similar technical facilities.
• Hands-on with tools, test equipment, and troubleshooting systems.
