Project Technical Specialist (Effective 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR)

Serves as the district point of contact for property management and community use of school facilities-rentals, leases, and IGAs. Provides administrative support to office staff. Implements the activities and functions of a designated project with specific knowledge in assigned functional area. This position ensures that the goals and objectives for the project are accomplished in accordance with program specifications. [“Project” refers to carrying out a specific service or specific activity within a department program or a district program.]

Do you have experience in Word processing?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in project related area AND One year of experience in project related area OR

• Five years of experience in a project related area
• Word Processing/Database/Spreadsheet Program Knowledge
• Verbal & written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions.

May be additional requirements depending on functional area assigned.

REQUIREMENTS PRIOR TO START DATE

• FBI fingerprint background check.
• Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.
