Job description
- Build, maintain, and enhance internal business applications that support core business processes
- Modernize existing applications and reduce technical debt through refactoring, redesign, and platform improvements
- Integrate enterprise systems, databases, and third-party applications
- Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in both modern and legacy applications
- Design, develop, and maintain APIs, data integrations, and automated workflows
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and support processes
- Create and maintain technical documentation that improves long-term maintainability
- Contribute to application architecture, data quality, security, and operational reliability
- Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly to improve productivity while maintaining engineering quality standards

The Software Engineer should be comfortable using AI-assisted development tools
- Boilerplate code generation
- Unit test creation
- Documentation and code explanation
- Refactoring recommendations
- Troubleshooting and research
Requirements
Do you have experience in Version control?, * 3-7 years of professional software development experience building and supporting business applications
- Experience with one or more modern application development stacks, such as:
- C#
- .NET
- Python
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- Or similar enterprise application technologies
- Strong SQL and relational database skills
- Experience using Git, source control workflows, and code review practices
- Demonstrated testing and debugging skills
- Ability to understand and maintain existing or legacy applications
- Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with nontechnical business stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, business-oriented mindset
