Kaimetrix is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer - Level IV to support DHA Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) IT operations at ATAMMC. This role provides senior engineering support across enterprise infrastructure, ensuring reliable, integrated, and secure IT service delivery aligned with healthcare mission requirements.
The Systems Engineer will support highly integrated healthcare IT systems, ensuring performance, availability, and continuity of operations in a mission-critical DoD environment., * Design, engineer, and implement enterprise IT infrastructure solutions supporting MTF operations
- Analyze system performance and optimize infrastructure, applications, and integrations
- Lead system integration efforts across networks, servers, and enterprise applications
- Identify and mitigate technical risks impacting healthcare IT delivery
- Provide Tier III escalation support for complex system issues
- Support ITSM/ITIL processes to ensure reliable service delivery
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with DoD policies
- Develop and maintain system architecture documentation, diagrams, and SOPs
Requirements
Do you have experience in Virtualization?, * Minimum 10 years of experience in systems engineering or infrastructure design
- Advanced experience with enterprise IT systems, virtualization, and cloud/hybrid environments
- Experience supporting DoD or federal IT systems
- Strong knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes
- Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain
